This vinaigrette may be prepared a few hours ahead of time, but the salad should be dressed immediately before serving.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Rubio aged balsamic vinegar [2] or Fattoria Essence Bio Balsamico [3]
1/2 cup [4]Frantoioa Extra Virgin Olive Oil [5]
2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
3/4 teaspoon Maldon sea salt [6]
Freshly ground Maldon black pepper [7] to taste
Whisk the ingredients listed in a deep bowl.
Taste, and adjust seasonings.
