Tiny hazelnut cookies sandwiched with chocolate filling, these Baci di Dama, or ladies' kisses, are two cookies pressed together with a thin layer of chocolate filling.  They come foil-wrapped in little groups of 3 to 4 pieces inside the bag to keep them as fresh as possible.
