Pandoro is an egg-rich yeast cake baked into a soaring star shape.  Tre Marie makes these wonderful Christmas cakes with the same care that they use in producing Panettone di Milanese. Pandoro is fantastic with espresso or tea, and is also a worthy accompaniment to vin santo or proscecco. A packet of powdered sugar is included in each package so that the recipient can give the pandoro is customary white dusting.
