Sweet and mildly spicy red peppers from South Africa, Peppadews have become extremely popular in the last few years for their exuberant sweet/hot flavor. Peppadew is high in fiber, Vitamin C, and is cholesterol-free. Serve on an antipasto platter, with a soft cheese as an appetizer, or stuff with crabmeat, or prosciutto and provolone for a great flavor combination.
