Dried porcini mushrooms, with a pungent, earthy flavor are packed without preservatives, and have a firm texture. The mushrooms must be reconstituted in hot water or broth,  and the resulting liquid can add depth and dimension  to dishes. The mushrooms come in a 100 gram package: larger and smaller sizes may be available upon request.
