Anelli from Setaro are small pasta rings that are a good addition to minestrone  and  other soups. Because Setaro’s pastas are all artisanally made with bronze dies,  Setaro anelli  also works well as the basis for a pasta salad or even macaroni  and cheese.  Anelli cooks in 6-8 minutes,  and can be added to simmering soup for the last few minutes of cooking.
