Talea Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a fine oil from Alto Lazio by small producer Marina Gioacchini. An intensely olive flavored oil, Talea is pressed from Frantoio and Leccino olives, and has a lovely peppery bite at the end.  This EVOO is wonderful to drizzle over grilled steak or as a dressing for bitter greens.
