Setaro Fusilli Corti is fine artisanally-made pasta in a popular shape. The corkscrew shape catches meat or seafood sauces, and yet fusilli corti is also sturdy enough for cold pasta salads.  All of Setaro’s pasta, of only durum wheat flour and water, is made near Naples using traditional bronze dies and slow drying.
