AGED BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

AGED BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

This vinaigrette may be prepared a few hours ahead of time, but the salad should be dressed immediately before serving.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Rubio aged balsamic vinegar or Fattoria Essence Bio Balsamico
1/2 cup Frantoioa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
3/4  teaspoon Maldon sea salt
Freshly ground Maldon black pepper to taste

Whisk the ingredients listed in a deep bowl.
Taste, and adjust seasonings.
