Tondo Balsamico Bianco is a soft and delicate version of balsamic vinegar.  Produced in Modena by the well-respected NeroModena, this white balsamic is made from grapes of Emiglia Romana. Its bittersweet flavor will complement vegetables, fish, and salads while keeping the natural colors of the ingredients.
